Notary services, including remote online notarization where permitted by law, are provided by the notary individually and not through KL Real Estate, Inc. or Grant Insurance Group.

Use of notary services is optional and not required for any real estate transaction. You may select any notary you wish. No referral fee or compensation is required or expected.

For 46 years, Mike Sullivan has been actively involved in auctioning real estate. After returning from Reisch Auction College in 1979, Mike joined his father, Don Sullivan, in his real estate business, and together they formed Sullivan Real Estate & Auction. Mike later became the sole owner of the business. In 1981, we sold an 80-acre tract of farmland in Hancock County, IL, for $4,925.00 per acre, which was noted in several agricultural publications as possibly a State record at the time. In December 2023, I sold 250 acres of farmland in Fulton County, IL, for $24,100.00 per acre.

As the owner of Mike Sullivan Land Sales, Mike has never and NEVER WILL charge a Buyer’s Premium. A buyer has the right to purchase land without incurring any additional fees.

Presently located at 414 Main in Carthage, IL, Mike not only sells farms, but as a real estate broker, performs many “Broker Price Opinions” land evaluations for Attorneys, Bankers, Estates, and Individuals.
